Refund and Returns Policy

At Familyecom, we are committed to providing you with high-quality stationery and office essentials. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help with our Refund and Returns Policy.

1. Returns

Eligibility:

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • Items that are damaged, used, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund.

Timeframe:

  • You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return. After 30 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Certain items are non-returnable, including:
    • Gift cards
    • Downloadable software products
    • Customized or personalized items

Return Process:

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at familyecom509@gmail.com with your order number and details about the product you wish to return.
  • We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on where to send your item.
  • You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

2. Refunds

Refund Process:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Partial Refunds:

  • In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted (if applicable), such as for:
    • Items with obvious signs of use
    • Any item not in its original condition or damaged for reasons not due to our error
    • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

3. Exchanges

Defective or Damaged Items:

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at familyecom509@gmail.com with proof of the damage or defect.
  • Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Shipping Costs:

  • You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. Refund Delays

Late or Missing Refunds:

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
